While we are preparing a review of Xiaomi 12S Ultra , a new generation of the brand’s flagships, Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro, has been notified in the database of the Eurasian Economic Commission. Devices are marked with the designations 2210132G and 2210133G, which leaked onto the Web back in May , and mean global (G) device models. Curiously, the notification number of the document does not begin with the traditional “RU”, but with “KZ” (Kazakhstan), which indicates the desire of Chinese brands to avoid secondary sanctions. It is worth noting that the import of KZ-devices is suitable for official import into Russia, which means that the appearance of the Xiaomi 13 family on Russian shelves is a matter of time. By the way, the announcement is expected in November.

Simultaneously with the flagships, a couple of other Xiaomi devices were registered with the EEC. These are two Redmi novelties, marked in the regulator base as 22101316G and 22101316UG. Presumably, we are dealing with Redmi Note 12 and 12 Pro, which will also be able to get on Russian shelves without any problems, since they are similarly notified for Kazakhstan.
