While some companies produce a countless range of smartphones, turning a blind eye to proper software support, Samsung continues to pleasantly surprise owners of even the most budget devices. This time, the celebration has come to the owners of the entry-level Galaxy A11 , introduced more than 2.5 years ago, in March 2020. Last May, it was updated to Android 11, and now Samsung has begun rolling out an update based on Android 12 with a proprietary One UI Core 4.1 shell. The update package, labeled A115FXXU3CVI3, includes the August 2022 Android security patches and is currently available to Southeast Asians. Galaxy A11 owners from other regions will receive the update soon.
