On the morning of October 22, powerful explosions were again heard in a number of regions of Ukraine. Part of the attacks were directed at energy facilities – such hits, in particular, were recorded in Lutsk, Rivne, Odessa and Kropyvnytskyi.
According to locals, two powerful explosions were heard in Rivne, and partial smoke was observed in the city. The lights also went out and the radio stopped working.
The head of the Rivne OVA, Vitaliy Kovel, confirmed the hit and urged not to post photos and videos of the shocked objects on the social network.
Arrivals were also recorded in Volhynia – electricity and water disappeared in some settlements, and mobile communications also deteriorated.
Lutsk mayor Igor Polishchuk said that the invaders hit the energy facility, and part of the city was left without electricity. A private house was also damaged, one person received burns.
Rescuers are currently on the scene. Polischuk also urged locals to stock up on water.
According to Andrey Raikovich, the head of the Kirovograd Regional Military District, rocket strikes were carried out on important energy facilities in the Kropivnitsky and Golovanovsky districts. There is already a shutdown in the area:

The head of the Odesa Regional Military District also said that two missile strikes were carried out on an energy infrastructure facility. There are power outages in the area, locals say.
The enemy also attacked the Khmelnytsky, Poltava, Kirovograd, Cherkasy regions. Worked out the air defense forces in Kyiv.
As of 10:30 a.m. , an air alert has been announced throughout Ukraine. Citizens are urged to stay in safe places and, if possible, prepare for interruptions in electricity and water.
Beginning October 10, Russia undertook to attack important energy facilities in Ukraine. As Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported, since then 30% of power generating capacities have been disabled , which caused massive blackouts across the country.
