"Budget" Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro + will offer the latest 200-megapixel camera

Less than a week ago, Samsung introduced another 200MP ISOCELL HPX sensor. Cameras with this resolution appeared in a couple of Chinese flagships this year, and the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will also have one. But what if this week we see 200 megapixels in the budget? Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ will be unveiled on October 27th, which will have the very latest Samsung HPX 1/1.4″ sensor. Optical image stabilization and a set of computational photography algorithms from higher-end devices have been confirmed. Redmi is expected Note 12 Pro+ will get the base from Note 12 Pro i.e. MediaTek Dimensity 1080 and that’s it, and UniverseIce suggests that its price will be 20-30% of Galaxy S23 Ultra.
