The aggravation of trade wars between the US and China has led to the fact that many international tech giants were forced to urgently diversify production by relocating plants and factories outside the Middle Kingdom to India, Vietnam, and even the United States. It turned out that Samsung went further and launched the production of smartphones in Egypt, which is eloquently indicated by the live images of the Galaxy A13 models that have surfaced on Twitter and are marked “Made in Egypt”. According to Egyptian media, production is carried out at the company’s plant in the city of Beni Suef near Cairo, where TVs and displays for tablets were produced until that moment. This will be a great help for the Egyptian market, which sells about 18 million phones annually.
