On the evening of October 31, the popular Monobank payment application at the bank confirms problems, but does not explain what exactly happened.

Problems in the program began around 17:30 – users cannot enter the application and carry out any operations. The Monobank support service confirmed that “there are difficulties on the side of the neobank, which may affect the work with the application or with making payments.” They also said that the issue has already been transferred to the highest possible level and specialists are working to fix it as soon as possible.
What exactly caused the failure and the timing of the complete elimination of problems are not specified.
