Nova Poshta continues to expand into the EU market and opens new branches abroad almost weekly – today the leader of the express delivery market in Ukraine announced the launch of 3 more new ones in Warsaw and a second one in Krakow.
It can be recalled that for the first time Nova Poshta announced plans to enter the EU market in July, and already in early October the first branch in Warsaw started operating . To date , Nova Poshta has already opened six branches in Poland – Ukrainians with knowledge of the Polish language work for them.

How to send a parcel from Poland to Ukraine from the office:
- Bring a parcel with things in an open form in order to make a description of the contents for customs clearance by the customs service.
- Indicate to the operator: the name of the recipient in English, the Ukrainian phone number of the recipient, the recipient’s email and the delivery address (number of the branch, post office or the exact address for the courier).
- Pay for shipping and packaging services if necessary.
In the branches, packing services, sending to Ukraine and receiving parcels from Ukraine up to 30 kg are available. Only the sender can pay for the parcel – in cash, by card or through ApplePay / GooglePay payment services at the Novaya Poshti branch. Parcel delivery time is five days. Nova Poshta also plans to open branches in Germany and the Czech Republic.
It remains to be remembered that Nova Poshta is not the first well-known Ukrainian company that, after the start of the war, expanded its business and began its journey to foreign markets. Earlier, Ajax Systems opened its first foreign plant in Turkey, and Rozetkalaunched the delivery of goods to the same Poland.
