As a result of today’s missile attack on an energy facility near Kiev, 80% of consumers are left without water supply – the security services are doing everything possible to return the water. However, the people of Kiev are advised, just in case, to stock up on water from the nearest pump-rooms and points of sale.

At 07:00 on October 31, the Russian invaders carried out several waves of rocket attacks on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure facilities – missiles and drones attacked 10 regions, where 18 facilities were damaged, most of which were energy facilities; de-energized hundreds of settlements in 7 regions of Ukraine.
