From November 1, 2022, the government decree came into force Which one exactly? The cost of urgent registration of a foreign and internal passport has noticeably increased – we are talking about the cost of administrative services without taking into account forms (it is determined by the Printing Combine “Ukraine”).

The State Migration Service of Ukraine notes that the cost of non-urgent issuance of passports will remain unchanged – for the duration of martial law and 6 months after its cancellation.

Old and new price of registration of foreign and domestic passports

As noted in the DMSU, a significant gap in time during which the cost of administrative services was not reviewed The cost of administrative services in the field of migration was reviewed only once, starting from 2016 – in 2019. , led to an imbalance between the current price and the costs that ensure the operation of the Unified State Demographic Register.

Other documents that received a new price

The cost of a temporary/permanent residence permit and a stateless identity card for traveling abroad has also changed:

• type of temporary residence: 1258 UAH. (UAH 452 is the cost of the administrative service and UAH 432 is the cost of the form, UAH 34 is the state fee, UAH 340 is the administrative fee)
• view of permanent residence: 1013 UAH. (UAH 496 is the cost of the administrative service and UAH 432 is the cost of the form, UAH 85 is the state fee)
• stateless identity card for traveling abroad: 5337 UAH. (UAH 452 is the cost of the administrative service and UAH 4800 is the cost of the form, UAH 85 is the state fee).

In addition, the cost of processing a number of other documents documenting foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine has changed:

• refugee travel document: UAH 452 – the cost of administrative services;
• migrant card: UAH 399 – the cost of administrative services;
• refugee certificate:
  • for the first time – for free;
  • in case of an exchange or instead of a lost or stolen item: the cost of an administrative service is UAH 336;

• certificate of a person in need of additional protection:

• • for the first time – for free;
  • in case of exchange or instead of lost or stolen: the cost of administrative services is 336 UAH.
• travel document of a person who has been granted subsidiary protection: UAH 452 administrative service cost

It is also reported that persons who have paid for administrative services and submitted applications for paperwork before November 1, 2022 will receive documents at the old price. Those who paid for administrative services before November 1, 2022, but have not yet submitted an application for paperwork, will be able to make an additional payment at the current rates at the time of application submission.
