Xiaomi has finally confirmed the launch date of its upcoming Xiaomi 13 series phones. The launch is scheduled for Thursday, December 1st at 19:00 Beijing time.
Xiaomi boss Lei Jun has shared an official render of the Xiaomi 13, which will feature a flat OLED display with 1.61mm thick bezels on the top and sides and 1.81mm on the bottom. In addition, the width of the smartphone will be 71.5 mm, which will allow you to easily hold it with one hand.
GSMArena has also received confirmation that all phones in the Xiaomi 13 series will be protected against water and dust by the IP68 standard.
Xiaomi has confirmed that it will launch its Watch S2 smartwatch and Xiaomi Buds 4 TWS headphones, as well as its first desktop computer, a new Wi-Fi router and a projector. The MIUI 14 operating system will also be announced at the event alongside the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro phones.

Before the long-awaited release of Xiaomi 13 smartphones, there were a lot of rumors about the new models and their key features. Xiaomi 13 was previously confirmed to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
The smartphone was also tipped to support 120W fast charging, have a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization, and a Sony IMX 8-series sensor.
