Courses on DevOps engineering in support of the Armed Forces: organizers invite students and teachers to help the army together with donations

Recently, the “Democratic Ax” foundation launched the “Learn for Donation” project. Its main idea is that those willing can acquire the profession of a DevOps engineer in exchange for donating to the Armed Forces.

The course has already attracted dozens of students. For each class, students make a donation in the amount of at least $30 to the account of the fund, which in the future buys the necessary equipment and ammunition for the Ukrainian army. Currently, the initiative brings in at least 100,000 hryvnias per month for various military needs. However, the more people willing to take the course, the more donations will be collected and directed to the needs of the Armed Forces.

An online course for the new group will start in December. It is designed for those who already have basic skills (at least can raise a basic LAMP environment to run conditional WordPress) and want to learn new knowledge and skills in the DevOps industry. You can learn more about the course at the following address.

Currently, the project is gaining scale, and “Democratic Ax” is looking for new partners ready to share knowledge to help the Ukrainian army. Currently, there is a need to attract specialists in programming, graphic design, SMM, etc., who are interested in supporting the initiative. Professionals who wish to support the “Learn for a Donation” project as a teacher or can provide other services for a donation can fill out the form at the following link.
