After a short-term beta test, an extract from the Unified State Register (USR) appeared on the Diya public service portal – if necessary, this document, which confirms the existence of a business and contains the necessary data on the company’s activities, can already be ordered online in a few clicks from minimal expenditure of time and without personal visits to state institutions.
An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (USR) is one of the most important documents for a private enterprise, which is necessary for various life situations: for participation in a tender, concluding contracts, obtaining banking services. In the activities of entrepreneurs, this document plays such an important role as a statement of residence in the everyday life of Ukrainians.
Previously, the statement was obtained offline from the registrar, notary or TsNAPs. It was necessary to pay the administrative fee and wait for a day. On the Diya portal, the document can be obtained faster and with a lower administrative fee — UAH 100 instead of UAH 130. You can pay it by card directly on the portal. By the way, in December, a different amount of the administrative fee was indicated: UAH 120 offline and UAH 90 when ordering on the Diya portal.
How to get an extract on the Diya portal
- enter the “Action” portal;
- select the “Withdrawal from the UDR” service;
- view the data contained in the register and confirm them;
- pay the administrative fee – UAH 100;
- get a statement in PDF format.
At one time, the document could be ordered on the website of the Ministry of Justice, and it was one of the most popular services on the department’s electronic services portal — since 2015, this service has been used online about 3 million times. With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, access to the registers and, accordingly, to the online service was limited. Last year, in December, access to the Ministry of Justice’s electronic services portal was restored, and receiving an online statement from the EDR was transferred to the “Diya” portal for greater convenience. By the way, the document can also be issued on the website of the Ministry of Justice.

How to get information from the EDR for free on the website of the Ministry of Justice?
Without the possibility of downloading, most of the information from the EDR can be obtained for free on the website of the Ministry of Justice (the service is available at this link) — the search is carried out without user registration on the portal according to several criteria, in particular, by the name or identification code of a legal entity. Access to the service is provided only when the person is identified using an electronic signature (qualified or improved).
The electronic extract from the EDR is the second service launched by the Ministry of Digital Affairs in the “Action” of 2023, which has just begun. A few days earlier, a certificate from the State Register of Property Rights appeared on the portal. It confirms ownership of an apartment, house or land plot.
