Monobank has announced the next charity fundraiser — this time it’s a separate charity “bank” to collect money to help affected families in Dnipro. The details were announced on his pages in social networks by the co-founder of the neobank, Oleg Horohovskyi.

Those who wish can make a donation the corresponding mono bank at this link — Monobank, for its part, transferred 5 million hryvnias and, according to tradition, motivates others to contribute more actively by drawing prizes. This time you can win one of 100 premium metal IRON cards with free maintenance for 2 years. To participate in the competition, you need to make a donation of at least 100 hryvnias, respectively, the more contributions of 100 hryvnias, the more chances to win. There is also a separate prize – for the largest donation, a flag of Ukraine signed by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny is promised.

The money will be collected until yesterday, January 17, after which the entire amount will be transferred to one of the funds that will help the victims of this tragedy. The results of the raffle and the names of the winners will be announced on January 18 in the OGo Telegram channel.

In less than an hour, it was possible to accumulate almost 9.3 million hryvnias in donations.

During the massive Russian attack on Ukraine on January 14, one of the Kh-22 missiles, launched by a Tu-22M3 strategic bomber from the Kursk region, hit a residential apartment building, completely destroying the entire entrance (there were 72 apartments in it, in which according to registrations 100-200 people could live there, including about 50 children). The search and rescue operation in the Dnipro has been going on for the second day — as of now, the Russians have killed 35 people, including two children. It is also known about 75 wounded, including 14 children. Another 39 people were rescued, and the fate of another 35 residents of the building is unknown. At the moment, a search for victims is underway at the scene of the tragedy under the rubble.
