“Nova Poshta” canceled the fee for forwarding shipments within the city limits – now customers can do it completely free of charge. At the same time, forwarding between different settlements remains paid.
Both the sender and the recipient can order the forwarding service for documents, parcels, cargo, as well as tires and pallets. You can forward without additional payment within the same city:
- from the branch/post office/address to the branch/post office;
- from address to address;
- from the branch/postal machine at the address, but in this case you will have to pay for delivery
by courier (35 UAH for the parcel and documents or 100 UAH for cargo up to 100 kg).
You can order the forwarding service in the mobile application, business office, on the website in the “Tracking” section or in the branch.
To use forwarding in the mobile application, you need to do the following:
- go to the section “My parcels” and select the shipment you need
redirect; - in the “Parcel management” line, select the “Forwarding” service;
- enter data for forwarding: city, branch number, post office or address,
as well as recipient data; - click the “Make an application” button, then a new express
tracking number that can be used to track the package.
Recently, Nova Poshta has been actively introducing new services and offering customers additional benefits — just in the last month, the company has relaunched the Safe Service to counter fraud schemes with advance payment and launched a free return of documents and goods that did not fit, up to 30 kg.
