WB announces Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions multiplayer game following the success of Hogwarts Legacy, which beat expectations by 256%

Warner Bros. announced work on a new game called Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions. It is a competitive multiplayer game based on the fictional sport popularized by the Harry Potter novels.

While the game site does not provide enough information about the new project. It only contains a long FAQ, offers to register as a tester. The FAQ does not say when Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions will be released on which platforms. It is only known that the game has been in development for “several years”. The main developer is Unbroken Studios. Interested users can register to participate in the beta test, scheduled for April 21-22.

Note that there is currently a boom in the popularity of the world of Harry Potter. The recently released Hogwarts Legacy game has shown high interest from the public. Its sales at the start turned out to be 256% higher than planned at the stage of its creation. In addition, the streaming service Max intends to launch a 10-year series that details the plot of the Harry Potter books.

In addition, the action of the Hogwarts Legacy game takes place hundreds of years before the events of the Harry Potter books, and does not include Quidditch. It is possible that the events of Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions take place in the same era and are a kind of addition to the Hogwarts Legacy.
