One of the most popular esports games, Dota 2, has received a massive update called New Frontiers. Patch 7.33 brought a significant update to the map and a number of other changes.

The most important innovation is an increase in the size of the card by 40%. Thanks to this, players have additional space for research and resource gathering, which should diversify the gameplay. At the same time, the goal of the game has not changed, as well as the main elements. The tracks have remained the same distance from each other, and the main objectives necessary for victory are located in the center of the map.

In addition to changing the map, the Dota 2 New Frontiers update brings new locations, new Tormentor mini-bosses, neutral Watchers units (giving visibility in a certain field), Lotus Pools that generate fruit, new items. Patch 7.33 also introduces changes to the player selection system and interface settings for health bars. The developers also made balance fixes to heroes that apply to almost every character in Dota 2.
