One year and three months after its release, Elden Ring won the Nebula 2023 Award for Best Script for a Video Game. It was awarded to Hidetake Miyazaki and George R.R. Martin for creating the story and game world. This is the first Nebula for Miyazaki and FromSoftware and the third for Martin, who has received 14 nominations for it during his literary career.
