Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced an upcoming free multiplayer weekend on PlayStation Plus.
Online multiplayer games in PS4 and PS5 games will be available without a PlayStation Plus subscription from 00:01 on December 9 until 23:59 on December 10 local time. Players wishing to take part in the promotion will need a PlayStation Network account.
A free weekend of multiplayer online games is offered as part of Sony’s Season of Play promotion, which will also include new avatars, PlayStation Stars campaigns, eSports tournaments and product discounts.
Sony recently announced that December’s PlayStation Plus Essential games will include Lego 2K Drive (PS5, PS4), Powerwash Simulator (PS5, PS4) and Sable (PS5). PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to claim these games from December 5 to January 1, 2024.
