Blackview releases the new Oscal Pad 18. This is an 11-inch flagship tablet that can work in PC mode. It is equipped with four speakers, an 8800 mAh battery, up to 24 GB of RAM, DokeOS_P 3.0 based on Android 13. The tablet also comes with a free stylus.

The Pad 18 is designed to be the middle ground between a laptop and a tablet with a large screen and good functionality. At the same time, the portable gadget can work in autonomous mode for a long time.
At the weight of everything 490 g and thickness 7.4 mm Pad 18 can be carried in a briefcase or bag, it will take up little space on the work surface. In the tablet 11-inch full-screen IPS display with resolution 1920*1200 – it makes watching movies, work or games even more comfortable. And four built-in speakers provide clear and comfortable sound.
Pad 18 also supports PC mode: the tablet can be instantly turned into a laptop by connecting a wireless keyboard and mouse. The split screen function works here, and in addition, you can interact with the touch display and work with the stylus.
Unlike laptops, which usually work for about four hours in autonomous mode, the Pad 18 endures up to 10 hours – it was equipped with a battery with a capacity 8800 mAh.
In addition, the Pad 18 is Widevine L1 certified, which supports content streaming with a resolution of up to 1080 p on platforms such as Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and others.
For eye comfort, Pad 18 provides several modes at once:

- Night Light mode to relieve eye strain during late-night viewing;
- multi-level dark mode for different lighting conditions.

Oscal Pad 18 is equipped with a more powerful octa-core processor Unisoc T616. At the same time, you can choose among memory options 8 GB or 12 GBboth are doubled for free with RAM expansion technology. In addition, these versions have 256 GB built-in memory, which can be increased using a microSD card with a capacity of up to 1 TB. The user will have enough space for programs, files and multimedia, as well as demanding games.

With Pad 18, you can conduct clearer video conferences and video calls, take high-quality photos from slides during meetings, and more. This tablet is equipped with:

The front camera supports face unlock. Oscal also integrates Smart Google Lens into Pad 18 for more convenient search, translation, file scanning and more.

Pad 18 followed the example of its predecessor and works under control Android 13 with a user interface system DokeOS_P 3.0.
With the exception of PC mode and the ability to split the screen, the tablet received the Cold Room function. It temporarily “freezes” programs that are used less often than others – this allows the phone to work faster, save energy and memory.
It also features dual built-in DAC and MAC protection that securely encrypts data, intelligent pop-ups for easier interaction, customizable icons, and more.
