“Kyivstar”, don’t be sick!

“Kyivstar” seems to have “fallen down” again, not fully recovering. Users have been complaining about problems with voice calls, SMS and USSD requests since morning. Also, the “My Kyivstar” system does not work – a message about technical work has appeared in the application.

Complaints come mainly from the western and southern regions of Ukraine — in particular, Rivne, Lviv, Ternopil, Odesa and other cities.

“Kyivstar” said that they are aware of the problem:

“Dear subscribers, we know that there are currently difficulties with voice communication and the operation of the mobile application in a number of cities in the west and south of Ukraine. The company’s specialists are working to restore services. We do our best to resolve technical issues as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience”

We will remind you that on December 12, a large-scale failure occurred in the Kyivstar system, as it turned out later – as a result of a Russian attack by hackers. After restarting the program, the operator offered compensation packages with free gigabytes and minutes to other numbers (later a message appeared in the program that this was not all compensation).
