Pre-orders start on January 19.
The $3,499 Apple Vision Pro will be available in US stores on February 2nd, but you’ll have to shell out a bit more for the optional Zeiss lenses: reading lenses will cost $99, while prescription lenses will cost $149. The latter will be available only with a valid prescription (although not all are supported) and online, not in stores.
Vision correction lenses are attached to the Vision Pro with magnets, and users will be able to enjoy incredible clarity of the display, according to Apple.
The lens adjustment process was not described in detail in the press release, so we expect additional news in the near future.
Jony Ive presented Apple Vision Pro with an external display that will display “magnified eyes” or sunglasses
The Vision Pro headset comes with a Solo Knit Band, Dual Loop Band, Light Seal, two Light Seal Cushions, a case for the front of the device, a polishing cloth, a battery pack, a USB-C charging cable and a USB-C adapter. So at least you can save on a napkin.
