Blackjack hackers, probably not without the participation of the Security Service of Ukraine, hacked the servers of the Moscow provider “M9com” and destroyed the data. Hromadske reports this with reference to law enforcement agencies.
Among the 20 GB of destroyed data is the official website of the Internet provider and its affiliates, e-mail service, cyber protection services and others. As a result of the attack, some residents of the capital of the aggressor state lost internet and television. Before destruction, more than 10 GB of information was downloaded, including the company’s e-mail correspondence with partners. Correspondence is available for study by anyone.
The hacker community said that the hacking of M9com was just a warm-up before revenge for the hacking of Kyivstar on December 12. Last month, a large-scale failure occurred in the work of “Kyivstar”, due to which mobile communication and the Internet did not work for subscribers for several days. The Russian group of hackers “Soncepek” took responsibility for this.
It also became known that GUR received 100 GB of data from the Russian military company “Special Technological Center” LLC (“STC”). In particular, the company produces UAV “Orlan” and EW devices. Earlier, the GUR disabled the base of the Russian tax office and paralyzed its communication.
