ASUS introduced the first gaming ROG NUC and other compact computers

At the CES 2024 exhibition, ASUS showed not only laptops, but also ultra-compact desktop systems. Including the first compact NUC gaming system.

ASUS NUC 14 Pro

The new NUC 14 Pro and NUC 14 Pro+ models can be used by both consumers and businesses. They are compatible with Windows 11, Windows 11 IoT Enterprise and various Linux distributions. The novelties are equipped with Intel Core Ultra 9 processors with integrated Intel Arc graphics and Intel vPro technology. They can also be equipped with up to 96 GB of DDR5-5600 memory and two NVMe x4 SSDs. These devices support simultaneous connection to 4 monitors. For this, two HDMI 2.1 (TMDS) and two Thunderbolt 4 connectors (depending on the model) are available. The NUC 14 Pro features a 4×4-inch (10.2×10.2 cm) body with a matte textured finish and a removable top panel, while the NUC 14 Pro+ features a new 5×4-inch (12.7×10.2 cm) body made from anodized aluminum.

ROG NUC is the world’s first NUC gaming system. Thanks to Intel Core Ultra 9/Ultra 7 processors and a discrete NVIDIA RTX 4070 or 4060 video card, this system allows you to run games at high graphics quality settings. The 2.5-liter (270x180x50 mm) case is designed to provide quick access to the system. This makes it easy to upgrade and clean the system. HDMI 2.1a, DisplayPort 1.4, Thunderbolt 4/USB4 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB 2.0 and Intel Killer WiFi 6E AX1690i wireless module are provided for connection. Supports up to 4 monitors simultaneously.

ASUS Fanless Chromebox CF40

ASUS Fanless Chromebox CF40 is a compact economical solution for business. It can be used as a silent office computer, as well as in 24-hour operation mode in digital boards and kiosks. The computer is equipped with an Intel Celeron N4500 processor with Intel UHD Graphics. Interfaces available are two HDMI outputs and USB-C connectors. The device supports Google Admin Console, Chrome Enterprise and automatic registration.

ASUS ExpertCenter PN65

ASUS ExpertCenter PN65 is a compact desktop computer with an Intel Core Ultra processor, dual-channel DDR5 memory and support for two PCIe 4.0 x4 solid-state drives. Connection interfaces are represented by HDMI, DisplayPort 1.4, COM, VGA and LAN Intel 2.5 Gbit/s connectors. The ability to connect four displays and 8K UHD resolution with a frequency of up to 60 Hz are supported.
