Ukraine and Great Britain have launched the technological bridge UK-Ukraine TechBridge — for the exchange of IT experience

The Ukrainian and British technological ecosystems received a new platform for development – UK-Ukraine TechBridge, which “will combine the potential of the Ukrainian IT industry and the experience of the British technological sector.”

The platform for the exchange of experience will focus on several key areas: development of trade, attraction of investments and grants, creation of innovations and educational programs in IT from global companies.

“The technological sector of Ukraine provided significant support to the country’s economy during the war and is a key industry in ensuring the economic stability of the state and its recovery. By building partnerships between British and Ukrainian businesses and developing innovation, we are boosting trade and helping to lay the foundations for Ukraine’s long-term recovery,” says UK Industry and Economic Security Minister Nusrat Ghani.

The launch of the UK-Ukraine TechBridge took place within the framework of the Memorandum on cooperation between technological ecosystems, which was signed last November by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Department of Business and Trade of the UK Government.

“We have already established ourselves as one of the most sustainable technological ecosystems in the world. So we are ready to export and share this experience further. An important part of this initiative is reskilling and upskilling programs for Ukrainian IT specialists. Representatives of the world’s top companies – Cisco, Salesforce, Oracle – will talk about their experience and expertise”, said the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov.

In 2025, the work of the UK-Ukraine TechBridge will be reviewed to assess the results and future allocation of resources.
