The Finnish company Nokia announced its intention to invest in business development and development in Germany. This was reported by the Reuters resource.
According to available information, the company plans to invest in the development of devices, hardware and chips, as well as software. For this purpose, €360 million has been allocated. The funds are planned to be directed to the development and operation of Nokia’s enterprises in Ulm and Nuremberg in Germany.
The development of the chips, hardware and software is part of a four-year project. It will be jointly financed by Nokia, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection, as well as two German federal states.
The company has not yet specified the purposes for which the chips to be developed in Germany are intended.
