The Chairman of the VRU Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Danylo Getmantsev, shared new information about the payment of the so-called “Google tax”.
For the 4th quarter of 2023, 96 declarations were submitted from non-residents who provide electronic services in Ukraine. As a result, according to the results of the quarter, these companies have to transfer to the budget a tax in the amount of UAH 2.513 billion (€30.1 million and $34.4 million). Compared to the 3rd quarter, the amount of revenues increased by UAH 421 million.
The largest payers in the 4th quarter of 2023 were:

- ETSY
- APPLE
- META PLATFORMS
- WARGAMING GROUP
- NETFLIX
Separately, Hetmantsev noted that the OnlyFans service, which is still under opium in Ukraine, accrued and paid $1.273 million in taxes for the provision of services on the territory of our country in 2023.
“It is noteworthy that international companies are not waiting for the deadline to arrive and have already paid 86% of accrued taxes – 2.17 billion hryvnias,” Hetmantsev added.
