Audio windows in X will now have a “live” video feature – currently only available to meeting organizers.
You can choose a front or rear camera, as well as horizontal or vertical modes for streaming video. Some users, according to The Verge, are reporting “significant delays” when testing the new feature.

It looks like X wants to launch something like Periscope — although technically the social network already had the ability to broadcast video on its profiles (Elon Musk, for example, demonstrated it himself while holding down a game of Diablo IV and testing Tesla’s autopilot).
Periscope (before its untimely demise) had an option where hosts could invite other guests to participate in live broadcasts. Currently, a typical Spaces with a video session shows the host’s video feed surrounded by smaller icons of any other presenters, connoisseurs or listeners in the room — in standard X live streams, the audience can comment or like.
