Internet sources report that Sony will be announcing a new fully wireless submersible (TWS) headphone with the designation WF-1000XM4 before the end of this quarter. Compared to the previous generation model (WF-1000XM3), the device will receive a redesigned design.
In particular, the dimensions of the insert modules will be reduced, and their modified shape will provide a higher level of comfort during prolonged wear. In general, the novelty in terms of design will be close to the Galaxy Buds Pro and Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2.
Online sources have released images of the WF-1000XM4 from all angles. The earbuds are finished in black with copper accents. The accompanying case will be equipped with a wireless charging system.
The earbuds are said to boast an active noise cancellation system that will provide clear sounding music on the street, in transport or in noisy environments.
There is a possibility that the novelty will also receive protection from moisture and sweat. On the outside of the modules, most likely, there will be sensor control pads.
The official presentation of the WF-1000XM4 is expected next month. There is no information about the estimated price yet.
