Studio Housemarque on its official website announced the imminent release of the next update for its roguelike shooter Returnal and shared the details of the upcoming patch.
Let us remind you that almost two weeks have passed since the release of the current patch, the 1.3.6 assembly debuted on May 8. Already today, May 20, Returnal will be updated to version 1.3.7.
The upcoming patch is intended to fix several bugs, starting with the partial or complete absence of dead scouts in the levels and getting a parasite with a negative effect when starting the game after searching one of these corpses.
Also, the update should fix a bug due to which the last boss in Returnal (we will not name and show it in order to avoid spoilers) may disappear after the player uses the reenactor in battle.
In addition, in version 1.3.7, the developers plan to save players from a rare bug that provokes loud unpleasant sounds during battles: a video with an example of an error is attached above (19th and 46th seconds).
Finally, the patch is going to eliminate a number of technical problems due to which users can get stuck in certain rooms, face a black screen or crash from the game.
Returnal debuted on April 30 this year exclusively on PlayStation 5. Earlier, the developers admitted that they still have not figured out how to implement a save system during the races into the project.
If you notice an error, select it with the mouse and press CTRL + ENTER.
