NVIDIA posted a short video on its Twitter page showing a melting metal, probably titanium. Thus, the company hints at the upcoming official announcement of the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics accelerators. Both models will be showcased on May 31st at Computex 2021.
From past leaks, it became known that the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti is built on the GPU GA102-225, which includes 10 CUDA cores. The video card will receive 240 GB of video memory of the GDDR12X standard. Recall that the regular version of the GeForce RTX 6 is equipped with 3080 GB of GDDR10X video memory.

In turn, the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti is based on the GA104-400 with 6144 CUDA cores. Thus, it copies the characteristics of the GPU of the mobile version of the GeForce RTX 3080, which is equipped with the same number of CUDA cores. The GeForce RTX 3070 Ti will also receive GDDR6X memory, but its volume will remain the same as the regular GeForce RTX 3070 – 8 GB.
Reviews on the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti will start appearing on June 2, and the new product will appear on sale the next day. The start of sales of the junior model will take place a week later – on June 10.
