We have already reported that HMD Global is preparing to release an affordable Nokia C20 Plus smartphone, the official presentation of which is expected in the near future. Information about the device appeared in the database of the popular Geekbench benchmark.
The test speaks of using a Unisoc processor with eight processing cores, operating at a clock speed of 1,6 GHz. It could be an SC9863A chip with an IMG8322 integrated graphics accelerator.
The amount of RAM is 3 GB. The equipment will include a dual main camera, a standard 3,5 mm headphone jack and a 5000 mAh battery.
Network sources report that the smartphone will use the Android Go Edition operating system. The characteristics of the display have not yet been disclosed, but, most likely, an HD + standard panel will be used.
It is also noted that the device will be deprived of a fingerprint scanner. The price is unlikely to exceed $ 120.
According to IDC estimates, 345,5 million smartphones were shipped worldwide in the first quarter of this year. This is about a quarter more compared to last year’s result.
