Developers from GSC Game World have announced an increase in the cost of one of the physical versions of the game STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl. It should be noted that in addition to the three digital editions, the game will also be available in collector’s editions with a different set of real objects, such as a backpack or an artifact lamp. And the most complete set of STALKER 2 Ultimate Edition will soon increase in price by $40. The developers wrote about this in the Twitter service.

The price of the STALKER 2 Ultimate Edition bundle is said to be increasing from $339 to $379 (or equivalent in local currency). Developers are forced to take such a step in order to maintain the quality of all collectibles at the desired level during this difficult time. The increased price will take effect from February 21, 2023. The price increase will only affect the top-of-the-line STALKER 2 Ultimate Edition set. The developers managed to keep the prices of other editions at the previous level.
