The first Nova Post branch is already open in Milan, two more are planned to open in Rome and Naples in the near future.
Italy became the eleventh European country where Nova Post started. Currently, the postal operator has 80 branches open in Europe.
“Today in Italy we opened the anniversary 80th branch of Nova Post in Europe. There are plans to expand the network and open branches in Rome and Naples in the near future. During the year of work in Europe, we have already delivered 1.3 million parcels, but these are not just parcels, it is a connection with home, we have united Ukrainians divided by war and borders. Next year, we plan to open in all European countries,” said Oleksandr Lisovets, CEO of Nova Post Europe.
The Nova Post branch is open daily in Milan at Viale Monte Nero, 72 (corner of Via Augusto Anfossi, 2). Customers can receive and send documents, parcels and cargo up to 100 kg. During the official opening of the branch, the first parcel was sent – a postcard from young Ukrainians to their father in Kramatorsk.
The delivery time from Ukraine to Italy is from 5 days, and the price starts from 21 euros:
- documents – 21 euros
- parcels up to 2 kg – 22 euros
- parcels up to 10 kg – 27 euros
- parcels up to 30 kg – 45 euros
- cargo from 30 to 100 kg – 1.7 euros for each kilogram.
Courier delivery to any address throughout Italy is also available for customers – the service can be ordered through the website and mobile application. For courier delivery, you need to pay an additional 4 euros for shipments up to 30 kg or 10 euros for every 100 kg.
Currently, Nova Post has entered the market of 11 European countries: Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Italy and Moldova.
