In recent years, Meizu’s mobile business has fallen into decline, even though it has produced quite decent devices. It got to the point that the company never introduced the flagship Meizu 19 series, which was expected back in the spring – and all this against the backdrop of news about the likely sale of the brand to the auto giant Geely. In April, a source from Digital Chat Station assured us that the Meizu 19 was still under development and that the devices were “expecting a more mature platform” (obviously speaking of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1). Fortunately, his words came true: today the company officially confirmed this fact by publishing the first teaser of the Meizu 19 family. Presumably, the launch of Meizu 19 will take place in the fall.
