The debut of the Xiaomi 12S flagships is over, which means that the next big announcement of the company this year will be the Xiaomi 13 series, expected in November-December . However, another autumn presentation may break into this gap, the heroes of which will be the Xiaomi 12T family. Judging by the new information from the informant @TheGalox_, despite belonging to the numbered flagship series, the devices will be inferior in hardware to Xiaomi 12S. As another source clarifies, one of the models is codenamed “plato” and is based on a MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Ultra chipset. A year earlier, we recall that the base Xiaomi 11T offered Dimensity 1200, but its older brother 11T Pro was already equipped with Snapdragon 888. It is likely that the Xiaomi 12T series, if released at all, will be aimed at the global market instead of Xiaomi 12S, which, alas, turned out to be China exclusive.
