Huawei continues to develop HarmonyOS, its own backbone operating system that replaced Android. Today, more than 13 months after the announcement of its second iteration, the company announced the imminent debut of HarmonyOS 3. This will happen at a conference on July 27, within which some new products are expected to be launched. Complementing the brand’s official teaser, a Digital Chat Station informant announced development compatibility with AOSP 12 (Android Open Source Project) – in other words, it is based on Android 12. Among the innovations, we can expect the introduction of SuperDesktop desktop mode, a kind of HyperTreminal, custom large folders, improvements in terms of privacy and many other minor improvements. We will learn more about HarmonyOS 3 from Huawei next week.
