The occupiers are less and less likely to use helicopters in Ukrainian airspace, and Russian military planes are avoiding close combat. However, the defenders of Ukraine managed to eliminate 10 drones.
The enemy uses Orlan-10 drones , which mainly conduct aerial reconnaissance and correct the fire of the occupying artillery.
This was reported by the Command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The role of this complex in the war should not be reduced. Orlan-10 can perform various tasks, for example, do target designation, be a repeater or set up obstacles. And it poses a serious threat to our troops,” the message says.
It is noted that Orlan-10 drones are not an easy target, because they are hardly noticeable. However, Ukrainian defenders successfully liquidate them every day. The cost of one such drone is 80-120 thousand dollars.
Recall that in the Zaporozhye region, Ukrainian defenders eliminated fifty occupiers and sent almost a hundred to the hospital. Servicemen of the Defense Forces of the Zaporozhye region continue to repulse and deter Russian aggression.
