The Russians are continuously shelling Rubizhne – the evacuation of civilians was once again disrupted, it is dangerous to be in the building of the humanitarian headquarters.
Due to the constant shelling of the enemy, the inhabitants of Rubizhne were on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe .
This was announced by the head of the Lugansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai.
“The last time, a week ago, we went by evacuation transport to Rubizhnoye and rescued people, we brought several tons of food. Later, additional food cargo arrived in the city. However, the Russians are shelling this part of the city continuously. Now it is almost impossible for survivors to get there. It is dangerous in the humanitarian headquarters stay even for a few minutes, let alone work normally – save people and distribute aid,” he stressed.
The head of the region added that in other communities of the Lugansk region, the situation with the delivery of humanitarian aid is controlled. Even in remote areas of the region, the warehouses of headquarters have the necessary stock of food, Gaidai added.
