During May 3, the Ukrainian military in the JFO zone successfully repelled 12 attacks by Russian invaders and inflicted considerable losses on them.
Ukrainian troops continue to keep the defense in both Donetsk and Lugansk directions .
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
In particular, the Ukrainian defenders managed to destroy:
- 6 tanks
- 5 artillery systems (including 3 MLRS)
- 15 armored vehicles and 9 enemy vehicles.
At the same time, air defense units in the sky of the Ukrainian Donbass shot down one cruise missile and eliminated three unmanned aerial vehicles of the Orlan-10 type.
Recall, meanwhile, in the area of responsibility of the “Shid” operational-tactical group, Russian invaders carried out three attacks during the day.
