The army of the Russian Federation continues to blockade and storm Ukrainian units in the area of the Azovstal plant in Mariupol.
The soldiers of the terrorist state managed to equip a new point on the “Slag Mountain” for adjusting shelling and conducting sniper fire. The invaders did this under the guise of a “silence regime”.
This was announced by the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol Petr Andryushchenko.
According to him, the transport began immediately after the end of the shelling at 07:00 on Saturday, May 8.
“Undoubtedly, every pause the occupiers are used to strengthen their own positions for the assault on Azovstal,” the representative of the mayor’s office said in a statement.
Recall that the first stage of the evacuation mission from Azovstal has been completed. Managed to save more than 300 people : women, children. Currently, the second stage of the evacuation mission from Azovstal is being prepared: the withdrawal of the wounded and doctors, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
