Earlier, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and First Deputy Minister of Defense of Belarus Viktor Gulevich announced the deployment of special operations forces in the south of the country.
According to him, this is how Belarus reacts to the “creation of a 20,000-strong group of Ukrainian troops” in this direction. Gulevich also stressed that NATO continues to build up its military presence near the borders of Belarus.
Recall, Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, told whether a new enemy offensive from the Belarusian border should be expected.
