In Lvov, the court granted the petition of investigators to seize movable and immovable property belonging to the enterprises of relatives of people’s deputies from the Opposition Platform for Life party.
The amount of capital exceeds UAH 80 million.

As reported, the relatives of Viktor Medvedchuk and Taras Kozak, who are the subjects of criminal proceedings, are suspected of abuse of power and violation of the rules for the protection or use of subsoil and legalization of proceeds from crime.
As part of legal proceedings, an arrest was imposed with a ban on the right to alienate and dispose of property on 3 land plots, 11 non-residential buildings and premises. In particular, the list includes a room with an area of 300 “squares” in the very center of Lviv.
“126 cars were also arrested, including cars, KRAZ and KAMAZ trucks. In the future, the DBR will initiate the transfer of the seized property to the National Asset Management Agency. The procedural management is carried out by the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office,” the press service of the DBR said.
