To date, Belarus continues the second stage of checking the readiness of units of the armed forces under the leadership of the chief of the general staff.
The threat of missile and bomb strikes from the territory of Belarus against infrastructure facilities on the territory of Ukraine continues to exist.
This was reported in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“According to available information, the second stage of checking the readiness of units of the armed forces of the Republic of Belarus continues under the leadership of the chief of the general staff. A scheduled check of the readiness of the warning system has been carried out,” the report says.
At the same time, no active enemy actions were noted in the Volyn and Polesye directions.
Recall, on May 10, Belarus stated that the creation of a 20,000-strong group of Ukrainian troops requires a reaction. Minsk, as part of the check, is deploying special operations forces units in the south.
