JerryRigEverything took on the study of Samsung’s second foldable smartphone for 2022 – the Galaxy Z Flip 4. Like the Galaxy Z Fold 4, the clamshell received a new hinge and some minor design changes. How did this affect the practice? This is exactly what the famous blogger checks. We state: the plastic coating of the screen is still soft, it can be damaged by nails. But the external display is good – the Gorilla Glass Victus + glass copes with scratches within the normal range. A metal frame and that’s all pretty standard, so let’s move on to the main thing – the bend test. The device passed it with reservations – Galaxy Z Flip 4 remained fully functional, but stopped locking when closed. Obviously, the hinge broke, but we will know for sure after disassembly.
