Wireless tags like the Apple AirTag and Samsung Galaxy SmartTag have already become a part of our lives, and it is not surprising that similar devices appear in the assortment of a wide variety of companies. Huawei is also not going to lag behind competitors: according to the source, the Chinese company is preparing its own Huawei Tag.

The device under this designation lit up in the branded mobile client of the cloud service, in the permissions dialog for accessing various smartphone systems. There are no images or exact specs yet, but in addition to Bluetooth, the Huawei Tag will reportedly support ultrasound positioning. When the novelty is presented, it is not reported, and as for prices, they will obviously be set with an eye to the prices of competing solutions from the same Apple and Samsung.
