The images confirm previous rumors and reveal new details. The device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G. Also, the device will be equipped with 8 GB of RAM and storage from 128 to 256 GB. The smartphone will use an AMOLED display with a diagonal of 6,7 inches and a frequency of 90 Hz.
As for the photo module, it will consist of four cameras: the main sensor with optical stabilization (OIS) at 64 megapixels, ultra-wide at 12 megapixels, telephoto lens at 8 megapixels and macromodule at 5 megapixels. The characteristics of the telephoto lens have changed: now, instead of 2x optical zoom, it is reported about 3x. It is also claimed to receive a 30x Space Zoom, which will be a new experience for the Galaxy A series.
The author claims that the Galaxy A72 will receive stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, which also were not previously found in smartphones of this series. Their use is cited as one of the pros for video game fans.
A 5000 mAh battery will be responsible for the autonomy of the device, and it will be charged thanks to a 25-watt charger. The Galaxy A72 is expected to receive IP67 protection and support 4G connectivity. PhoneArena says the 128GB model will cost € 449 and the 256GB model will cost € 509.
