The Chinese company Vivo, according to Internet sources, is preparing to release a productive smartphone iQOO Z3, which will be based on the flagship processor developed by MediaTek.
The talk is about the use of a Dimensity 1200 chip, produced using 6-nanometer technology. The product combines eight computing cores with a clock speed of up to 3,0 GHz and a graphics accelerator Mali-G77 MC9. The built-in 5G modem allows you to download data at speeds up to 4,7Gbps.
It is reported that the equipment of the iQOO Z3 model will include a high-quality display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The front camera will be located in a small hole or cutout in the screen.
The rear camera will receive a main 48-megapixel Sony IMX589 sensor. The resolution of other sensors in the multi-module unit is not disclosed.
Other characteristics of the novelty are still kept secret. But it is argued that the official presentation of the iQOO Z3 will take place at the end of this month.
According to Gartner estimates, 2020 billion smartphones were sold globally in 1,35, which is 12,5% less than in 2019. Vivo is one of the largest players in the global market.
