We are talking about those data that include information about who the subscriber called to whom and from what devices, writes RBC. Providing such information will have to be handled by mobile operators. Right now, only the operators themselves and law enforcement agencies have this level of access.
If the project is approved, Roskomnadzor will have access to the following information: the full name of subscribers, their date of birth, place of residence and passport details, place of work, types of calls made by subscribers or users of corporate tariffs, as well as the numbers of the calling and called subscriber.
Operators will be obliged to update all this information once a day through systems connected to Roskomnadzor.
