Among other things, Xiaomi presented today another variant of the Mi 11 series. It is called Mi 11i and is equipped with a high-end 6,67-inch FHD + E4 AMOLED display, a 108 megapixel main camera and a Snapdragon 888 single-chip system at a price closer to the mid-range devices. In fact, we are talking about the renamed Redmi K40 Pro +.
The Pro and Ultra variants of the Mi 11 were expected to launch today, but Xiaomi has managed to surprise. The manufacturer claims that the new 11i retains much of the design of its flagship sibling, albeit with some simplifications that make it a mid-range device.
The triple camera Mi 11i includes a main 108MP ISOCELL HM2 1 / 1,52 ″ sensor, an impressive f / 1,75 aperture camera with circular LED flash. Unfortunately, the rest of the modules cannot boast of anything outstanding: this is an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with optics (f / 2,2; 119 °) and a 5-megapixel module with f / 2,4 telemacro-optics. Front camera – 20-megapixel f / 2,4.
The AMOLED screen can offer such advantages as a refresh rate of 120 Hz (touch layer frequency – 360 Hz), brightness up to 1300 cd / mXNUMX2 и защитное стекло Corning Gorilla Glass 5. However, Mi 11i is still somewhat simplified: instead of 12 GB of LPPDDR5 RAM, the device can offer only 8 GB.
The starting price of the Xiaomi Mi 11i is a hefty € 649 (about $ 763) for the Chinese flagship for a variant with a high-speed 128 GB UFS 3.1 drive (there is no mention of microSD card support) or € 699 ($ 822) for a version with a 256 GB drive. Xiaomi Mi 11i will soon go on sale in leading stores in Europe.
