The Russian glossy magazine ELLE puzzled with a message on the social network with the news about the arrival of Hollywood star Angelina Jolie to the west of Ukraine.
So, in the caption to the post it is said that the actress and UN Goodwill Ambassador for Refugees “orders coffee somewhere nearby.” It is also noted that the celebrity came to Eastern Europe, and even secretly.
In the text of the news, however, it is said that Jolie was noticed in Lviv. However, neither the message nor the news says that the American star is in Ukraine.
In addition, the publication writes that Angelina Jolie arrived in Ukraine as part of a UN mission. But, as UN official Matt Saltmarsh confirmed, Jolie’s visit to Ukraine was her personal initiative and the United Nations has nothing to do with it.
Meanwhile, on the Web, users began to joke, saying that “the word “Ukraine” was banned in Russia?” “nearby”. In Europe, in Lvov, Angelina Jolie not only ordered coffee, but also learned what an air raid is like when Russia bombs Ukraine.
